 The notes go like in phrases, 'sayings', but for venturing in amusement.

Where his note is upside down to avoid using a flat note, as if to turn to reply to the heckler whom is actually female, and still return remark, but because he's deaf, he can't hear the comment, just instructed himself against going along with its flow.
